Services
DesignMaze provides web design, development, eCommerce, branding, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Quotes & Payments
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change if project scope changes. Invoices are due per the terms stated on each proposal. Late or non-payment may pause or suspend work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party assets, licensed components, and our own pre-existing tools and frameworks. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals, and to ensure they have the rights to any materials supplied to us.
Warranties & Liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignMaze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the work in question.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
